Parce qu\u2019en s\u2019aventurant au restaurant, bien des Lyonnais ont go\u00fbt\u00e9 aux sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s de la maison.<\/p>\n<p>Ils l\u2019ont ador\u00e9 au point de jurer d\u2019y rego\u00fbter, quitte \u00e0 enfiler le tablier, en priant les cieux que la seule noblesse du produit suffise \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer un plat de qualit\u00e9. Ces apprentis cuisiniers auraient tort de ne pas essayer. Ils auront d\u2019ailleurs raison lorsqu\u2019humera dans la maison, le doux parfum d\u2019une andouillette \u00e0 la fraise de veau.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lyonpeople.com\/?attachment_id=167374\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-167374 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-167374\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=\" http:=\"\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"599\" data-lazy- data-lazy- data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/01_BOBOSSE_AM.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Privil\u00e9gier le go\u00fbt, la qualit\u00e9 et le plaisir\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avant cela, ils auront s\u00fbrement suppli\u00e9 <strong>Pierre Couturier<\/strong> et <strong>Bruno Delattre<\/strong> de leur s\u00e9lectionner aux Halles de Lyon, quelques produits du terroir : un p\u00e2t\u00e9-cro\u00fbte poulet citron moutarde et un saucisson \u00e0 cuire pistach\u00e9. On leur dira alors qu\u2019avant eux, m\u00eame les plus grands ont craqu\u00e9. Ou que l\u2019on ne peut \u00eatre Lyonnais sans ouvrir les hostilit\u00e9s avec un bon saucisson \u00e0 cuire truff\u00e9, une belle rosette et de bons gratons.<\/p>\n<p>On nous promet m\u00eame que l\u2019on succombera d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re bouch\u00e9e devant une \u00ab simple \u00bb quenelle de brochet, napp\u00e9e de sauce Nantua ou aux \u00e9crevisses.
