{"id":611623,"date":"2025-12-20T11:40:30","date_gmt":"2025-12-20T11:40:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/611623\/"},"modified":"2025-12-20T11:40:30","modified_gmt":"2025-12-20T11:40:30","slug":"marseille-repense-son-terminal-passagers-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/611623\/","title":{"rendered":"Marseille repense son terminal passagers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/economie\/2382091638063614\/un-milliard-d-euros-d-investissements-pour-moderniser-le-grand-port-de-marseille-fos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grand Port maritime de Marseille<\/a> s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 se doter d\u2019une nouvelle gare maritime d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux liaisons avec la Corse, un projet strat\u00e9gique confi\u00e9 \u00e0 R\u00e9my Marciano Architecture \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019un concours restreint sur esquisse.<\/p>\n<p>Situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019articulation entre les Docks, la Halle J1 et la fa\u00e7ade maritime, la future gare accompagnera la restructuration des terminaux corses et participera pleinement au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/economie\/9621536220596414\/a-marseille-le-projet-le-phare-va-changer-le-visage-de-la-joliette\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">programme Le Phare<\/a>, vaste plan de modernisation du port marseillais, port\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/economie\/545664009624414\/l-architecte-corinne-vezzoni-et-eiffage-pressentis-pour-l-amenagement-du-phare-siege-du-grand-port-de-marseille\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corinne Vezzoni<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le montant des travaux s\u2019\u00e9levant \u00e0 4,2\u00a0millions d\u2019euros (hors taxes) pour une surface de 835\u00a0m\u00b2, la gare sera livr\u00e9e au second semestre\u00a02028. \u00ab\u00a0La d\u00e9construction de l\u2019actuelle gare ouvre une opportunit\u00e9 rare\u00a0: concevoir un \u00e9quipement portuaire \u00e0 la fois performant, \u00e9volutif et durable, capable de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences actuelles tout en anticipant les besoins futurs des compagnies maritimes\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0, pr\u00e9cise R\u00e9my Marciano.<\/p>\n<p>Un projet \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s unitaire, lisible et affirm\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le projet a vocation \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0s\u2019inscrire dans le temps et \u00e0 participer \u00e0 poursuivre ce travail de fa\u00e7ade maritime, de lien entre la ville et le port\u00a0\u00bb, poursuit-il.
