Ce qui repr\u00e9sente le plus important plan approuv\u00e9 au Bundestag en faveur de la d\u00e9fense dans l\u2019histoire moderne du pays. Parmi les investissements autoris\u00e9s se trouve l\u2019achat de drones de patrouille maritime SeaGuardian du groupe am\u00e9ricain General Atomics, qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 vendu ce syst\u00e8me \u00e0 la Belgique.\n    <\/p>\n<p>Ce volet comprend, selon l\u2019agence de presse Reuters, l\u2019acquisition de huit syst\u00e8mes MQ-9B SeaGuardian pour un montant de 1.5 milliard d\u2019euros. Destin\u00e9s \u00e0 participer aux op\u00e9rations de chasse aux sous-marins russes, ils seront command\u00e9s via l\u2019agence d\u2019acquisition de l\u2019OTAN.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La Belgique a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9 commande de quatre SeaGuardian, dont le premier exemplaire, livr\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt \u00e0 la base a\u00e9rienne de Florennes, a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 son premier vol depuis le sol belge le 23 septembre dernier. Ces drones vont \u00eatre employ\u00e9s pour des missions de reconnaissance, de surveillance et de renseignement (ISR).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En Allemagne, le SeaGuardian aura en plus, ou plus clairement, comme mission de contribuer aux op\u00e9rations de lutte anti-sous-marine, en compl\u00e9ment des avions de patrouille maritime P-8A Poseidon, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meretmarine.com\/fr\/defense\/le-premier-p-8-poseidon-de-la-marine-allemande-sort-de-chez-boeing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">dont huit exemplaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 command\u00e9s au groupe am\u00e9ricain Boeing<\/a> afin de succ\u00e9der aux vieux P-3C Orion de la marine allemande. Le premier P-8A de la Bundeswehr a \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9 au mois d\u2019octobre.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Long de 11.7 m\u00e8tres pour une envergure de 24 m\u00e8tres, le MQ-9B SeaGuardian affiche une masse maximale au d\u00e9collage de 5.67 tonnes. Dot\u00e9 d\u2019un turbopropulseur Honeywell TPE331-10, il peut voler \u00e0 210 n\u0153uds et pr\u00e9sente une autonomie pouvant atteindre 30 heures et 5000 nautiques de distance franchissable, selon sa configuration. Ce drone est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un radar de surveillance maritime panoramique, un syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectro-optique, un r\u00e9cepteur AIS (syst\u00e8me d\u2019identification automatique des navires), ainsi que des moyens de guerre \u00e9lectronique.
