Install\u00e9 au mus\u00e9e de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e, au pied du D\u00f4me des Invalides, le <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/tag\/restaurant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">restaurant<\/a> <strong>Quartier 1670<\/strong> rend hommage \u00e0 l\u2019esprit des bouillons parisiens et propose une cuisine \u00ab\u00a0g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse et accessible\u00a0\u00bb, du petit-d\u00e9jeuner au go\u00fbter, en passant par le service du d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Modernit\u00e9 et gourmandise\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Un \u00e9tablissement de 200 places, en salle ou en terrasse con\u00e7u pour tous les publics. \u00ab\u00a0Avec Quartier 1670, nous avons voulu faire red\u00e9couvrir les <strong>incontournables de la cuisine fran\u00e7aise<\/strong> dans un lieu charg\u00e9 d\u2019histoire. Chaque plat est un hommage \u00e0 la tradition, pens\u00e9 avec modernit\u00e9 et gourmandise\u00a0\u00bb, explique St\u00e9phane Chichera, chef ex\u00e9cutif.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Petit aper\u00e7u de la carte. En <strong>entr\u00e9e<\/strong> (entre 5 \u20ac et 7 \u20ac), Quartier 1670 propose les incontournables de l\u2019esprit bouillon : l\u2019\u0152uf mayonnaise bio, la salade de hareng \u00e0 la moutarde \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne, ou encore le velout\u00e9 de potiron et ses cro\u00fbtons dor\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Pour les <strong>plats<\/strong> (entre 13 \u20ac et 22 \u20ac), le chef opte pour une cuisine \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9confortante\u00a0\u00bb : la blanquette de veau aux champignons, le filet de canette fran\u00e7aise r\u00f4ti ou la tarte \u00e9pinard-ch\u00e8vre et l\u2019omelette bio au pesto rouge.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Les <strong>desserts<\/strong> (entre 7 \u20ac et 8 \u20ac) oscillent entre \u00ab\u00a0authenticit\u00e9 et gourmandise\u00a0\u00bb : le baba \u00e0 la liqueur Mandarine Napol\u00e9on c\u00f4toie la mousse au chocolat noir, la poire poch\u00e9e \u00e0 la fleur d\u2019hibiscus et la part de flan.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Une <strong>collaboration<\/strong> entre le mus\u00e9e de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e et Sodexo.\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019ouverture prochaine du bivouac prolongera cette exp\u00e9rience en l\u2019ancrant pleinement dans l\u2019histoire et l\u2019identit\u00e9 des Invalides\u00a0\u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit Franck Chanevas, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Sodexo Live!
