Arthur Cohen et Olivier Leone, duo trentenaire passionn\u00e9 par la culture nipponne, ont imagin\u00e9 un lieu o\u00f9 la sophistication parisienne rencontre l\u2019exigence tokyo\u00efte, entre murs laqu\u00e9s rouge sang et masques dor\u00e9s d\u2019inspiration \u00e9gyptienne.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le chef Yuji Mikuriya, dit \u201cTaku\u201d, form\u00e9 chez Papi et Enyaa, compose une carte qui navigue entre tradition kaiseki et cr\u00e9ations contemporaines.
