Pour f\u00eater sa r\u00e9surrection, un menu d\u2019anthologie au sein duquel le chef avait gliss\u00e9, entre autres, ce \u00ab\u00a0chardon, artichaut r\u00f4ti \u00e0 la vanille, jus d\u2019entrailles-anchois, paillasson de foin\u00a0\u00bb.
