La d\u00e9marche Ecrains et, bien s\u00fbr, le pacte Lille bas carbone seront suivis, \u00ab avec pas moins de 10 kg de biosourc\u00e9s par m\u00b2 SP et 30 % de pleine terre \u00bb, souligne Nicole Rogez, directrice de la r\u00e9gion Nord du promoteur.<\/p>\n<p>BRS diff\u00e9r\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Cent seize appartements sont destin\u00e9s au locatif interm\u00e9diaire, dont 24 seront vendus dans dix ans en bail r\u00e9el solidaire (BRS) diff\u00e9r\u00e9 et 14 en BRS classique. Enfin, les 58 derniers appartements sont r\u00e9serv\u00e9s pour un bailleur social. La ma\u00eetrise d\u2019\u0153uvre est assur\u00e9e par les agences d\u2019architecture MGAU (mandataire) et B\u00e9al &amp; Blanckaert, entour\u00e9es des BE Axo\u00e9, A\u00efda, Sodeba-Ginko, Axon\u00e9o et de Slap.
