Hyundai le destine \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches bien pr\u00e9cises : d\u2019abord le tri de pi\u00e8ces dans ses <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/usine\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">usines <\/a>automobiles, puis, \u00e0 terme, des op\u00e9rations d\u2019assemblage plus complexes. Objectif affich\u00e9 : r\u00e9duire la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9, am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et fiabiliser les processus industriels, sans bouleverser du jour au lendemain l\u2019organisation existante. Une annonce qui tombe seulement quelques semaines apr\u00e8s que, sous la pression de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/donald_trump\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Donald Trump<\/a> et du discours sur le \u00ab Made in America \u00bb, Hyundai a promis de s\u00e9curiser et renforcer sa production sur le sol am\u00e9ricain, avec des investissements massifs et des milliers d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/economie\/emploi\/\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">emplois<\/a> annonc\u00e9s. Le groupe insiste sur le fait que la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/robotique\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">robotisation <\/a>ne supprime pas l\u2019humain, mais le d\u00e9place : conception, programmation, maintenance, supervision et formation des robots deviennent de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers industriels. En clair, produire des robots cr\u00e9e aussi de l\u2019emploi.
