On se r\u00e9gale de poireaux mimosa, de salade mixte cervelas gruy\u00e8re, d\u2019escargots au beurre persill\u00e9 comme de galettes de pommes de terre et saumon fum\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gillespudlowski.com\/?attachment_id=415819\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-415819 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-415819\" class=\"wp-image-415819\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/poireaux-mimos.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"380\" height=\"507\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-415819\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Poireaux mimosa \u00a9\u00a0GP<\/p>\n<p class=\"_ap3a _aaco _aacu _aacx _aad7 _aade\" dir=\"auto\">Le \u00ab\u00a0fameux\u00a0\u00bb cordon bleu maison au munster reste un des embl\u00e8mes de la demeure. Et le bibeles k\u00e4se (le fromage blanc aux herbes, \u00e9chalotes et ail), plus jambon et pommes saut\u00e9es, les rognons de veau \u00e9minc\u00e9s \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et champignons flanqu\u00e9s d\u2019exquis spaetzle maison, comme le monumental jarret de porc brais\u00e9 au Picon, l\u2019onglet \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chalote et les lewerknepfle (quenelles de foie) font du bien par o\u00f9 ils passent.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gillespudlowski.com\/?attachment_id=415822\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-415822 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-415822\" class=\"wp-image-415822\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/escargots.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"380\" height=\"507\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-415822\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Escargots \u00a9 GP<\/p>\n<p class=\"_ap3a _aaco _aacu _aacx _aad7 _aade\" dir=\"auto\">On y ajoute le chapitre des douceurs, sans doute moins r\u00e9gionales que le reste, mais bien bonnes, comme les profiteroles au chocolat, la cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, le baba au rhum avec sa cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e, le moelleux au chocolat avec sa glace vanille ou le sorbet framboise (un vacherin glac\u00e9 ou un kougelhopf \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 seraient franchement bienvenus!).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gillespudlowski.com\/?attachment_id=415826\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-415826 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-415826\" class=\"wp-image-415826\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/rotnpon-de-veau-et-spaetzle.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"380\" height=\"508\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-415826\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Rognon de veau et spaetzle \u00a9\u00a0GP<\/p>\n<p class=\"_ap3a _aaco _aacu _aacx _aad7 _aade\" dir=\"auto\">Et on louangera une carte des vins bien fournie tarif\u00e9e sans m\u00e9chancet\u00e9 d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019on extirpe quelques p\u00e9pite comme l\u2019edelzwicker \u00ab\u00a0Empreinte\u00a0\u00bb (m\u00ealant auxerrois et riesling), sign\u00e9 David Ermel &amp; fils \u00e0 Hunawhir ou encore l\u2019admirable pinot noir V 2022 de V\u00e9ronique et Thomas Mur\u00e9 \u00e0 Rouffach.
