Le second s\u2019est fait conna\u00eetre \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lasemaine.fr\/lieu\/nancy\/\" data-slug=\"nancy\" data-name=\"Nancy\" data-type=\"location\" data-id=\"5697\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nancy<\/a> avec l\u2019ouverture, en 2023, du salon de th\u00e9\u00a0Th\u00e9 Vi\u00eat, rue des Ponts. Un point commun les rassemble\u00a0: l\u2019envie de faire d\u00e9couvrir \u00ab\u00a0la vraie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lasemaine.fr\/category\/commerce\/restauration\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"5728\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gastronomie<\/a> vietnamienne\u00a0\u00bb, loin des adaptations occidentalis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><img data-lazyloaded=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/IMG_0354-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/>\u00a9 La SemaineLe pho comme signature<\/p>\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de la carte de Pho \u00c9toile, le pho s\u2019impose comme la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 maison. Cette soupe embl\u00e9matique du Vietnam, \u00e0 base de bouillon longuement mijot\u00e9, de nouilles de riz et de viande, se d\u00e9cline ici en six recettes. Autre incontournable\u00a0: le bun cha Hanoi, plat typique de la capitale vietnamienne associant vermicelles de riz, porc marin\u00e9 et herbes fra\u00eeches. Dans les prochains jours, les deux g\u00e9rants \u2013 \u00e9galement en cuisine \u2013 entendent aller plus loin avec la mise en place d\u2019un menu familial.
