Un mois et demi apr\u00e8s son sacre, il passe \u00e0 l\u2019action. Sa soir\u00e9e sp\u00e9ciale welshs se tiendra le vendredi 30 janvier 2026. Les clients auront l\u2019occasion de d\u00e9guster son welsh traditionnel (d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 la carte), mais surtout son welsh revisit\u00e9 et son welsh fa\u00e7on burger.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Pour le welsh standard, le chef opte pour \u00ab\u00a0du pain de campagne imbib\u00e9 de bi\u00e8re, du jambon fum\u00e9 tartin\u00e9 de moutarde \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne et du cheddar irlandais\u00a0\u00bb.
