Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courrierinternational.com\/article\/societe-370-km-h-face-camera-l-autoroute-allemande-nouveau-terrain-de-jeu-des-influenceurs_239090\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\">Courrier International<\/a>, qui relaie une enqu\u00eate du magazine allemand Der Spiegel, ces vid\u00e9os spectaculaires sont devenues un puissant levier d\u2019audience sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/high-tech\/youtube\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/high-tech\/instagram\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/high-tech\/tiktok\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">TikTok<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le principe est simple\u00a0: une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/camera\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">cam\u00e9ra<\/a> embarqu\u00e9e, un v\u00e9hicule de tr\u00e8s haute performance, et une portion d\u2019autoroute o\u00f9 la loi autorise des vitesses tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Les cr\u00e9ateurs de contenus concern\u00e9s assurent promouvoir la technologie et l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/economie\/auto\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">automobile<\/a>, tout en appelant leurs abonn\u00e9s \u00e0 ne pas reproduire ces comportements. A ce jour, aucun <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/accident_de_la_route\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">accident<\/a> mortel impliquant directement un influenceur filmant ce type de s\u00e9quence n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement recens\u00e9 en Allemagne.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Aucune sanction n\u2019a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 prise<\/p>\n<p>Les autorit\u00e9s restent toutefois pr\u00e9occup\u00e9es. En\u00a02024, 843 d\u00e9c\u00e8s sur les routes allemandes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 li\u00e9s \u00e0 une vitesse excessive. Face \u00e0 ces chiffres, les responsables de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/securite-routiere\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re<\/a> alertent sur un risque croissant pour les autres usagers et sur l\u2019effet d\u2019entra\u00eenement de ces contenus viraux.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/arts-stars\/web\/influenceur\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-btn c-btn--primary\" rel=\"noopener\">Notre dossier sur les influenceurs<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sur le plan juridique, les marges d\u2019action sont limit\u00e9es.
