Deux mois apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9finitivement ferm\u00e9 son restaurant S\u00e9lune dans le XI\u1d49 arrondissement, la cheffe <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/ile-de-france\/paris_75056\/paris-berangere-fagart-passee-par-top-chef-annonce-la-fermeture-de-son-restaurant-selune_63509456.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">B\u00e9rang\u00e8re Fagart<\/a> pr\u00e9pare un retour tr\u00e8s attendu derri\u00e8re les fourneaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Lanc\u00e9e en 2019, rue de Montreuil, l\u2019adresse du 11e arrondissement avait \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9e comme un projet audacieux par les amateurs de <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/tag\/gastronomie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gastronomie<\/a>. Mais apr\u00e8s six ann\u00e9es \u00e0 courir chaque service, la cheffe a annonc\u00e9 la fermeture de S\u00e9lune le 7 novembre 2025. Dans un message publi\u00e9 sur ses r\u00e9seaux, elle \u00e9voquait le poids de six ann\u00e9es \u00ab au service des autres \u00bb, la pression financi\u00e8re et le besoin de reprendre des forces, tout en exprimant sa satisfaction pour le chemin parcouru.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Pour autant, B\u00e9rang\u00e8re Fagart ne quitte pas compl\u00e8tement la sc\u00e8ne culinaire. Elle sera l\u2019invit\u00e9e d\u2019un d\u00eener d\u2019exception le 14 f\u00e9vrier prochain \u2014 jour de la <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/tag\/saint-valentin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Saint-Valentin<\/a> \u2014 chez le caviste Le Vingt-Deux, \u00e0 Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). Ce d\u00eener, propos\u00e9 \u00e0 139 euros, comprendra cinq plats en accords mets et vins ainsi qu\u2019un verre d\u2019accueil, dans une formule limit\u00e9e \u00e0 24 convives.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Le rendez-vous s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche qui lui est ch\u00e8re : rendre la gastronomie cr\u00e9ative accessible, tout en valorisant une approche engag\u00e9e de la cuisine.
