Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation,<strong> 300 000 festivaliers<\/strong> ont profit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. <\/p>\n<p>Du 11 au 14 juin 2026, il se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 nouveau aux <strong>Grandes Locos<\/strong>, sur plus de 50 000 m2 de surface. Au programme, <strong>plus de 120 chefs et p\u00e2tissiers<\/strong> et plus de 400 ateliers, ainsi que 60 concerts et shows. <\/p>\n<p> Pour ses 10 ans, le Lyon street food festival met \u00e0 l\u2019honneur la p\u00e2tisserie <\/p>\n<p>Pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer cette <strong>10e \u00e9dition<\/strong>, le festival place<strong> la p\u00e2tisserie au centre de sa programmation<\/strong>. \u00ab\u00a0La p\u00e2tisserie est aujourd\u2019hui en plein renouveau, port\u00e9e par une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration audacieuse et cr\u00e9ative\u00a0\u00bb, explique <strong>Emeric Richard<\/strong>, le directeur du festival. <\/p>\n<p>Tout au long de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nementl, le dessert sortira des cuisines pour devenir un spectacle vivant, entre shows, ateliers participatifs et temps d\u2019\u00e9changes autour de l\u2019innovation p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re. <\/p>\n<p>Une installation sucr\u00e9e XXL fabriqu\u00e9e sur place <\/p>\n<p>Moment phare de cette \u00e9dition anniversaire : <strong>une installation sucr\u00e9e XXL<\/strong>.
