L\u2019entrepreneur auvergnat a commenc\u00e9 l\u2019aventure avec un Chesterfield Caf\u00e9 en 1997, pr\u00e8s des Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es. En moins de trente ans, il a b\u00e2ti un empire, devenu le leader fran\u00e7ais de la restauration, derri\u00e8re l\u2019am\u00e9ricain McDonald\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>                                                        \u00abPermettre \u00e0 des entrepreneurs locaux de r\u00e9ussir\u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"fig-paragraph\">L\u2019an pass\u00e9, le groupe a ouvert une centaine de restaurants, autant qu\u2019en 2024. Les ventes sous enseignes ont progress\u00e9 de 7%, pour atteindre le montant record de 3,3 milliards d\u2019euros. Groupe Bertrand est deux fois plus petit que McDo, mais depuis qu\u2019il a relanc\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s Burger King, dont il est le master franchis\u00e9 en France, c\u2019est aussi son concurrent le plus redoutable.
