Liaigre<\/p>\n<p>Tu as forc\u00e9ment d\u00e9j\u00e0 remarqu\u00e9 cet imposant b\u00e2timent : l\u2019ancien <a href=\"https:\/\/creditmunicipal-nantes.fr\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cr\u00e9dit municipal <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/creditmunicipal-nantes.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">de<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/creditmunicipal-nantes.fr\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Nantes<\/a>, en plein centre-ville, va \u00eatre r\u00e9habilit\u00e9 ! <strong>Construit en 1894<\/strong>, il est d\u00e9sormais vide depuis que l\u2019<strong>\u00e9tablissement de pr\u00eat sur gages <\/strong>a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans le quartier Pr\u00e9-Gauchet situ\u00e9 derri\u00e8re la gare sud. Il fera place, d\u00e8s le <strong>premier semestre 2028<\/strong>, \u00e0 de nouveaux logements. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bigcitynantes.fr\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Big City<\/a> t\u2019explique.<\/p>\n<p>Actu \u00e0 Nantes : Des logements sociaux \u00e0 la place de l\u2019ancien Cr\u00e9dit municipal de Nantes<\/p>\n<p>La mesure fait partie du\u00a0<strong>plan de relance du logement<\/strong>, lanc\u00e9 en 2022 par <a href=\"https:\/\/metropole.nantes.fr\/actualites\/l-ancien-credit-municipal-de-nantes-transforme-en-logements-sociaux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Nantes M\u00e9tropole<\/a>. Pour pr\u00e9server le b\u00e2timent, class\u00e9 au titre du <strong>secteur sauvegard\u00e9<\/strong>, 32 logements vont y \u00eatre install\u00e9s ! Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e se trouvera \u00e9galement un cabinet m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9but des travaux est programm\u00e9 en 2026, pour une livraison des logements au <strong>premier semestre 2028.<\/strong> Le budget global est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 11 millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p>Quels travaux sont pr\u00e9vus ?<\/p>\n<p>Concernant les travaux, le but est de \u00ab\u00a0mettre en valeur tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments remarquables prot\u00e9g\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb (fa\u00e7ades, menuiseries, toiture, parquets, charpente, escalier, murs en pierre\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Le c\u0153ur de l\u2019\u00eelot sera quant \u00e0 lui en partie d\u00e9construit pour y am\u00e9nager <strong>un patio central, <\/strong>o\u00f9 tu pourras venir te reposer dans un espace vert. L\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.oms-nantes.fr\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Office municipal des sports <\/a>(OMS) qui occupait provisoirement une partie du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, sera <strong>relog\u00e9 dans de nouveaux locaux.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udccd<\/strong>\u00a0Angle des rues de Strasbourg et du G\u00e9n\u00e9ral-Leclerc-de-Hauteclocque<br \/><strong>\ud83d\udcc6<\/strong>\u00a0\u00c0 partir de 2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e9dit : Eiffage \u2013 Jba \u2013 POST \u2013 Solab \u2013 OCE \u2013 Ginger \u2013 R-Use \u2013 C.
