C\u2019est ce qu\u2019indique un arr\u00eat\u00e9 publi\u00e9 au Journal officiel ce dimanche 10 mai. Celui-ci d\u00e9taille les modalit\u00e9s de l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019arme, plus connu sous le nom de marque Taser.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La Gare de Rennes \u00e9quip\u00e9e en Taser<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs grandes gares sont concern\u00e9es par cette exp\u00e9rimentation. Parmi elles : la gare de Rennes, mais aussi Lyon Part-Dieu, Marseille Saint-Charles, Paris Austerlitz, Paris Saint-Lazare. C\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00cele-de-France, quelques agents du service RATP auront aussi la capacit\u00e9 de porter l\u2019arme.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Un minimum de \u00ab\u00a0dix-huit heures\u00a0\u00bb de formation<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, la SNCF dispose de <strong>3 000 agents SUGE<\/strong> (Service de surveillance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la SNCF) en charge de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le terrain. Pour la RATP, <strong>1 000 agents GPSR<\/strong> (Groupe de protection et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux) sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s sur le r\u00e9seau. Ils disposent d\u00e9j\u00e0 tous d\u2019une formation et d\u2019une autorisation \u00e0 porter des armes l\u00e9tales. La mise en place de cette nouvelle mesure concernant le port de pistolet d\u2019impulsions \u00e9lectrique pr\u00e9voit \u00ab\u00a0des enseignements th\u00e9oriques et pratiques\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019une dur\u00e9e d\u2019au moins \u00ab\u00a0dix-huit heures\u00a0\u00bb comprenant des entrainements au tir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019usage du pistolet \u00e0 impulsions \u00e9lectrique reste r\u00e8glement\u00e9<\/strong>. L&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9 rappelle qu&rsquo;il est interdit d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;arme \u00e0 l\u2019encontre \u00ab\u00a0des enfants et femmes manifestement enceintes\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0du conducteur de tout v\u00e9hicule terrestre en mouvement\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0comme arme de contact\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La mesure n\u2019en est pas \u00e0 son coup d\u2019essai<\/p>\n<p><strong>La mesure a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9e en f\u00e9vrier dernier par le minist\u00e8re des Transports<\/strong>.
