cocktails haut de gamme<\/strong> vient de voir arriver un nouveau concurrent s\u00e9rieux dans ses rangs, <strong>on l\u2019appelle L\u2019Antichambre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ouvert en mars dernier \u00e0 la place de L\u2019Antiquit\u00e9s Bistro<\/strong>, il est le fruit du travail d\u2019<strong>un Strasbourgeois de 28 ans nomm\u00e9 Liam<\/strong>, le nouveau (et tr\u00e8s discret) confortable salon,<strong> un cocon au cachet certain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objets d\u2019un autre temps<\/strong>, vieilles pierres et tapis persans, on laisse volontiers son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour prendre son temps et d\u00e9couvrir <strong>le deuxi\u00e8me atout de ce lieu : sa carte de cocktails et de spiritueux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> L\u2019Antichambre a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis dans la d\u00e9co et dans l\u2019agencement<\/strong>, mais non,<strong> car le contenu des verres aussi a \u00e9t\u00e9 soign\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inspir\u00e9s par de belles rencontres et de grands voyages, <strong>Liam et son \u00e9quipe ont souhait\u00e9 cr\u00e9er une carte \u00e0 la fois fournie et coh\u00e9rente<\/strong>, qui balaye l\u2019univers des cocktails du monde avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>En gros, <strong>on est dans un bar qui sait se tenir<\/strong>, on allait donc pas boire de la piquette et <strong>on comprend qu\u2019il y a du boulot derri\u00e8re tout \u00e7a.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>                <img width=\"375\" height=\"500\" dealer d\u2019\u00e9pices du coin,<\/strong> le laboratoire est fourni.<\/p>\n<p>Liqueur de Poblano, <strong>mezcal Del Maguey, liqueur de Marasquin et Luxardo<\/strong>, bitters et vermouth juste \u00e9pic\u00e9s, eaux-de-vie \u00e0 peine sucr\u00e9es, rhums, gins et whiskys import\u00e9s, <strong>la liste de p\u00e9pites d\u2019ici et d\u2019ailleurs est large.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Une dizaine de cocktails est propos\u00e9e<\/strong>, et une belle s\u00e9lection de mocktails est aussi au programme, <strong>et chacun d\u2019entre eux ou presque nous am\u00e8ne dans un registre de saveurs surprenant<\/strong>. On imagine qu\u2019un certain travail de recherche et d\u2019association de saveurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait, tout <strong>\u00e7a pour proposer de tr\u00e8s jolis verres qui sortent de l\u2019ordinaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous aimez<strong> ces lieux discrets qui vous plongent dans une ambiance un peu particuli\u00e8re<\/strong>, ces bars \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 forte embarque dans un univers pass\u00e9.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Les cocktails nous ont vraiment conquis, on est sur un vrai bon niveau qui justifie des prix cons\u00e9quents (entre 12 et 16\u20ac).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>La s\u00e9lection des cocktails n\u2019est pas exhaustive, vous pouvez demander au barmaid qu\u2019il ou elle vous concocte un drink sur mesure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le bar est ouvert 7 jours\/7, ouvre d\u00e8s 17h30 et il dispose d\u2019une terrasse, on peut donc venir y boire une bi\u00e8re et\/ou un cocktail apr\u00e8s le boulot.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Il est aussi ouvert jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1h30 du jeudi au samedi soir et la musique, bien pr\u00e9sente mais pas agressive, suffit \u00e0 nous faire rester longtemps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On adore ces affaires qui
