Cela ressemble \u00e0 de la science-fiction mais n\u2019en est pas vraiment. \u00c0 l\u2019allure du d\u00e9r\u00e8glement climatique, des changements s\u2019imposeront. Mardi 13\u00a0mai, sur l\u2019invitation de Nantes\u00a0&#8211; Saint-Nazaire d\u00e9veloppement et du p\u00f4le mer Bretagne-Atlantique, des acteurs du monde maritime ont planch\u00e9 sur la d\u00e9carbonation maritime. Et un volet important concernait la transformation des ports.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 cette occasion, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Descombes, ing\u00e9nieur au Commissariat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie atomique et aux \u00e9nergies alternatives (CEA), a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 trois sc\u00e9narios de ports robustes, \u00e9cologiques et attractifs.<strong> \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019id\u00e9e de d\u00e9part,<\/strong> explique-t-il, <strong>est d\u2019adapter les ports aux d\u00e9fis climatiques, notamment mont\u00e9e des eaux, temp\u00eates extr\u00eames, recul du trait de c\u00f4te, crues, chaleurs extr\u00eames\u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces sc\u00e9narios sont n\u00e9s du travail, au sein d\u2019Ideas laboratory, de huit partenaires, dont l\u2019union des ports de France et le CEA.<strong> \u00ab\u00a0On a imagin\u00e9 aussi de nouvelles missions pour ces ports, notamment la production et la distribution de l\u2019\u00e9nergie ou encore la production et la distribution d\u2019eau,<\/strong> pr\u00e9cise Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Descombes.<strong> Et on a inclus la biodiversit\u00e9 et des syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9pollution.\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le port \u00eele est en mer, comme son nom l\u2019indique\u00a0; le polymorphe est flottant\u00a0; le port hu\u00eetre, lui, est bard\u00e9 de protection contre les extr\u00eames climatiques. Ces ports, contrairement \u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, pourraient accueillir des logements et d\u2019autres services.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les auditeurs, figurait le directeur du port de Nantes\u00a0&#8211; Saint-Nazaire. Un ensemble qui sera contraint d\u2019\u00e9voluer dans le futur. En effet, pr\u00e8s de 70\u00a0% des trafics portuaires sont issus des \u00e9nergies fossiles (p\u00e9trole, gaz, charbon) et 10\u00a0% de l\u2019\u00e9nergie primaire fran\u00e7aise y passe.
