One of the most long-awaited matchups of the 2026 season is here, as two NFL teams from opposite conferences travel to Paris, France, to be a part of the first matchup there ever. In Week 7 of 2026, the New Orleans Saints and Pittsburgh Steelers will be the two franchises to host that first game, which is an exceptional opportunity for both to continue to expand their reach around the globe.

With this game being officially announced recently, betting odds have already gone live on multiple sites to provide fans with the chance to wager on the outcome. Intriguingly, the odds currently favor the Steelers, but maybe not as much as their 2025 season records may make one believe.

BetMGM has the current spread set as -1.5 in favor of Pittsburgh, with a -130 moneyline in that direction. DraftKings has it at an even wider margin, with a -2.5 spread and -135 moneyline.

Both sides come into the matchup with similar international records, as the Saints sit at 2-1 and the Steelers at 1-1. Last season, New Orleans finished at 6-11 while Pittsburgh finished 10-7 at the top of the AFC North. However, the latter is currently without Aaron Rodgers, as he continues to weigh his options for 2026, though the current belief is that he will return.

Since 2000, the Saints have a 4-2 record over the Steelers, losing the most recent in 2022 but winning the three prior from 2010 to 2018. It will be fascinating to see how these two teams match up four years later, as both sides have undergone near full transformations since that last game.
