Jakarta, IO – PT Sumaco Wahana Utama, an independently operated third-party distributor of Tiffany & Co. products in Indonesia, provides an update regarding an ongoing administrative review being conducted in coordination with the Indonesian Customs and Excise Office (Bea Cukai).
The matter relates exclusively to import activities and documentation managed by PT Sumaco Wahana Utama in its role as the local importing entity. Tiffany & Co. has no involvement in these operations or the administrative review.
Since February 2026, PT Sumaco Wahana Utama has been working directly with Customs authorities to address and complete all administrative requirements. Certain documentation remains under review and is in the process of being finalized.

PT Sumaco Wahana Utama is committed to resolving the matter in full compliance with applicable regulations and within the agreed timeline, including completion of all outstanding obligations by 26 June 2026.
