Kherson veterinary hospital buys used Renault Duster from deputy’s company

Kherson District Veterinary Medicine Hospital purchased a used Renault Duster crossover for UAH 600,000.

As indicated on Prozorro, the 2021 model vehicle was purchased from the Khmelnytskyi company “Autocenter “Liga-II”, which belongs to Khmelnytskyi Regional Council deputy Hryhorii Halkin.

According to the YouControl business analytics system, “Autocenter “Liga-II” is part of the group of companies of the Halkin family, who are co-owners of the “LIGA” network of auto centers.

As stated in the justification to the contract, the vehicle was purchased to ensure the proper operation of the hospital.

Since the vehicle is used and has a mileage of 182,000 km, the supplier does not bear any warranty obligations for it.

Note that the Renault Duster is one of the most popular models for renewing the fleets of regional services. They are purchased for inspections, municipal and specialized state institutions because of their adaptability to difficult road conditions.
