Luxury professional haircare brand Kérastase, owned by the L’Oréal Group, is bringing its global Kérastase Society concept to Australia, transforming Le Méridien Melbourne into a fully immersive beauty and hospitality destination from 10–12 July.

Following successful debuts in Paris and Milan, Melbourne becomes the third city worldwide to host the experience, which blends luxury hospitality, beauty technology and professional hair expertise under one roof.

Taking over the hotel at 20 Bourke Street, Kérastase Society features the Glow-Up Lounge, where guests can receive personalised scalp and hair diagnostics using K-Scan technology alongside professional dry styling services. Designed to reimagine the traditional salon touchpoint, the experience places education, personalisation and engagement at the centre of the customer journey.

Beyond the salon experience, guests can explore the Glazed Café, inspired by the brand’s Gloss Absolu range, the Social Club, and 80 bookable Kérastase Suites, creating a fully immersive brand world that extends well beyond traditional retail.

The Melbourne activation has also been tailored with local food, design and music collaborations, while maintaining the Parisian-inspired aesthetic that defines the global concept.

Guests can choose between two bookable experiences:

VIP Visit, $80 (valued at $180), including Parisian-inspired treats at the Glazed Café, a dry styling session in the Glow-Up Lounge, entry to the Social Club and Kérastase products.

Premium Stay, $500 (valued at $1,130), featuring an overnight stay on Saturday 11 July, breakfast for two, two dry styling appointments, Social Club entry for two, café treats and a selection of Kérastase gifts and products.

Visitors can also browse and purchase Kérastase products and exclusive merchandise throughout the event.

Kérastase Society runs from 10–12 July at Le Méridien Melbourne, 20 Bourke Street, with bookings available via kerastase.com.au/events/events.
