Paris Couture Fashion Week is in full swing, and the shows have brought some major front row moments.
On July 6, Rahul Mishra presented his Fall/Winter 2026 show with Indian billionaire heiress Isha Ambani sitting next to Cardi B and making a stylish statement with her ensemble, which included everything from weighty diamonds to a tiny — but rare — accessory.
Isha, the 34-year-old daughter of India’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani and his wife, Nita, was photographed carrying what eagle-eyed fans identified as the Hermès Sac Bijou Birkin. Elle India reports that the coveted bag boasts a massive diamond count of 3,025 encrusted gemstones on top of 18K white gold (Kim Kardashian was spotted carrying an even smaller version of the bag in May).

Hermès’ Haute Bijouterie Collectionwas released in 2012 by Pierre Hardy, creative director of the house’s jewelry and footwear.
The Sotheby’s website reveals that the rose gold Sac Bijou Birkin was designed with a top flap made to look like crocodile skin in addition to it having 2,712 diamonds covering the body. It was once priced at $2 million, but its rarity — only three were made in the entire world! — has made it truly priceless. The miniature version was also created with innovation in mind, as it was originally created as a bracelet.
On top of her already impressive handheld, Isha, styled by Andrew Mukamal, also wore custom Lorraine Schwartz jewelry with a 100-plus carat count. Elegantly accessorizing her custom Rahul Mishra stone-like corset gown — intricately detailed with beading and coordinated with a scarf — was a 40-carat pair of white diamond earrings paired with a necklace boasting 40 carats’ worth of white diamonds as well as a large 3-carat white diamond. Her ring was also made of a 7-carat oval white diamond.
Isha’s bag was reportedly sourced from her mom’s own wardrobe, which is a signature move for the heiress.

Back in May, Isha attended the 2026 Met Gala in New York City wearing a dazzling array of her mother’s jewelry with her custom-made Gaurav Gupta sari, styled by Anaita Shroff Adajania. During Vogue’s livestream, Isha explained that the accessories incorporated into the look were all “different sentimental pieces,” including one that she received as a gift when her children were born.

When she attended the starry fashion event in 2024 (Isha made her Met Gala debut in 2017), she wore a giant heirloom neckpiece resembling the Cartier Jeanne Toussaint piece featured in Ocean’s 8.
According to British Vogue, the necklace in Ocean’s 8 was a replica based on the real artifact that was commissioned by the Maharaja of Nawanagar in 1931 and created by Jacques Cartier. Per Natural Diamonds, it boasted a 136.25-carat blue-white flawless gemstone known as The Queen of Holland and 12-carat green diamonds combined with white and pink diamonds.
