Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa is making another major leadership move as the automaker works to improve results in China, the broader Asia-Pacific region, and across its global operations.
The company has selected Tianshu Xin to oversee its China and Asia-Pacific business beginning August 3, 2026. Xin will report directly to Filosa and join the Stellantis Leadership Team. At the same time, former Volkswagen Group North America leader Pablo Di Si will become Stellantis’ new Chief Performance Officer.

A Bigger Role For Tianshu Xin
Xin is already a key figure in Stellantis’ efforts to strengthen its position in China. He became Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Stellantis China and Head of the Stellantis-Leapmotor Alliance in February 2025.
He will also remain CEO of Leapmotor International, a position he has held since November 2023.
His expanded assignment gives him responsibility for China and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Xin will be expected to connect Stellantis’ regional strategy with its growing Leapmotor partnership while improving day-to-day execution in several highly competitive markets.
Xin brings approximately 30 years of experience covering operations, corporate strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, sales, and marketing.
Grégoire Olivier will transition into a strategic advisor position and report to Xin.
Pablo Di Si will join Stellantis as the new Chief Performance Officer. (Volkswagen).
Di Si Takes On Performance Role
Di Si will also begin his new position on August 3. As Chief Performance Officer, he will report directly to Filosa and oversee the execution of Stellantis’ Value Creation Program.
In simple terms, Di Si will be responsible for helping turn the company’s plans into measurable business results. His work will focus on operating discipline, commercial performance, accountability, and keeping Stellantis on track to meet its stated targets.
Di Si most recently served as President and CEO of Volkswagen Group North America. His background includes managing international automotive operations, leading corporate turnarounds, improving commercial results, and overseeing major organizational changes.

Filosa Focuses On Execution

The appointments show that Filosa is continuing to place experienced operators in positions where they can directly influence regional growth and company-wide performance. Stellantis’ next challenge will be turning those leadership changes into stronger execution, better products, and improved business results.
