Dior has brought the world of Miss Dior to South Coast Plaza, taking over the Costa Mesa, Calif., shopping center’s Jewel Court with an immersive pop-up open now through Aug. 31.
The House of Miss Dior centers on the French luxury brand’s longtime fragrance franchise, combining product discovery with installations tied to its history, ingredients and craftsmanship. The experience also coincides with the latest Miss Dior campaign featuring longtime Dior ambassador Natalie Portman.

Guests are invited into a series of spaces inspired by flowers and fragrance, including an introduction to Catherine Dior, the house founder Christian Dior’s sister and the inspiration behind the original Miss Dior perfume.
The pop-up also includes a preview of the new campaign film featuring Portman and directed by French filmmaker Manu Cossu, as well as “The Story of a Miss,” an anime film created with French production company Remembers.

Another installation, “Making of a Miss,” gives visitors a closer look at how the fragrance is created and the craftsmanship behind details like the house’s signature houndstooth bow, while the “Miss Dior Fitting Room” adds an interactive element with fragrance discovery and a photo installation inspired by the world of Miss Dior.
The experience also has a retail element, with shoppers able to purchase the Miss Dior fragrance collection, including Miss Dior Eau de Parfum, Miss Dior Parfum, Miss Dior Essence and Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet.
The latest Miss Dior Eau de Parfum combines centifolia rose with vanilla, tonka bean and sandalwood, giving the fragrance a warmer, more gourmand scent.
