Renault SA has officially unveiled the new-generation Renault Duster, marking the arrival of a reimagined SUV that remains true to its legendary adventurous spirit while introducing an upgraded design, technology, comfort and safety.
Built on Renault Group’s new modular platform and designed for modern explorers, the new Duster combines adventurous capability with sophisticated features, reinforcing its position as one of the most compelling SUVs in its segment.

First introduced to South Africa in 2013, the Duster established itself as a trusted companion for motorists seeking an authentic SUV capable of tackling both urban streets and adventurous paths with ease.
Bold new design
The new Renault Duster adopts Renault’s latest design language, creating a powerful road presence through a distinctive front grille featuring the prominent DUSTER nameplate, muscular bodywork and robust front plus rear skid plates.
Signature LED lighting, a horizontal rear light bar and 18-inch alloy wheels further enhance the vehicle’s striking appearance.
A driver-centric cabin
Inside, the transformation is immediately apparent. The cabin features a modern driver centric cockpit with dual OpenR Link displays, elevated centre console and premium material, customers can enjoy ventilated and electrically adjustable front seats, a panoramic sunroof, automatic dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting and an electric-powered tailgate.

The new Duster also offers impressive practicality, with a boot capacity of up to 518 litres extending to as much as 1 789 litres with the rear seats folded, making it ideal for everyday life and weekend escapes.
Connected technology
At the heart of the cabin is a 10,1-inch OpenR Link infotainment system, featuring wireless Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay®, Bluetooth connectivity and access to additional call features that are controlled for the infotainment. Higher specification derivatives further benefit from a 10,25-inch digital driver display, wireless smartphone charging and an elevated audio experience.
The multi-sense driving system allows drivers to personalise their journey with different driving modes, as well as steering settings that create a tailored driving experience for every road and every adventure.
Performance and versatility
The new Renault Duster range offers a choice of efficient turbocharged petrol engines designed to deliver a balance of performance and fuel efficiency.

The range begins with a 74kW 1,0-litre turbocharged engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Customers seeking more performance can opt for the 116kW 1,3-litre turbocharged engine, available with either a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed EDC automatic transmission featuring an e-shifter and paddle shifters on selected derivatives.
Advanced safety
An enhanced suite of safety and driver-assistance features strengthens the new Duster’s proposition.
Every derivative comes standard with six airbags, electronic stability control, hill start assist, tyre pressure monitoring and a rear-view camera.
Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), includes:
