The multi-brand fashion retailer has launched a nearly 4,000 sq ft flagship store in Ahmedabad, bringing together over 50 premium Indian and international fashion labels. Coyu, a premium multi-brand fashion and lifestyle retailer for women, has opened its flagship store in Ahmedabad, marking a significant step in its retail expansion strategy.
Located near Sindhu Bhawan Hall, the new store aims to strengthen the brand’s presence in India’s growing premium fashion retail market. Founded in October 2024 by Mohit Gupta, Co-founder of Zomato and former COO of MakeMyTrip, with strategic guidance from Mukesh Bansal, Founder of Myntra and Cult.fit, Coyu was established to cater to the growing demand for curated premium fashion among Indian women. The Ahmedabad store features more than 50 premium Indian and international fashion brands across categories including Western wear, Indo-Western apparel, occasion wear, and lifestyle products.
Indian labels available at the store include Saaksha and Kinni, Madder Much, Linen Bloom, Sheetal Batra, Basanti Kapde and Coffee, Dash and Dot, Ganga Fashions, Our Love, and Soup by Sougat Paul. The international portfolio includes brands such as Karen Millen, DKNY, Salsa Jeans, Pinko, Sister Jane, and Nobody’s Child.
The retailer offers products across a price range of Rs 3,000 to Rs 30,000, catering to consumers seeking premium fashion for workwear, festive occasions, travel, and everyday wear. To enhance the in-store shopping experience, the flagship includes dedicated styling suites, three trial rooms, a customer lounge, an in-store coffee station, personal styling assistance, and alteration services.
In addition to its physical retail presence, Coyu has introduced COYU Dash, a 60-minute delivery service designed to support faster access to premium fashion purchases through digital and offline channels.
The launch comes as demand for premium women’s fashion, multi-brand retail formats, and personalised shopping experiences continues to grow across major Indian cities. With the Ahmedabad flagship, Coyu aims to strengthen its position in the organised fashion retail sector while expanding access to curated domestic and international fashion brands.
