Emily Cooper’s last European adventure is officially on the calendar. Netflix has announced that the sixth and final season of Emily in Paris will premiere later this year and released the first images from the forthcoming episodes.
The show has been a dependable global hit for Netflix: Season 5 drew 26.8 million views worldwide in its first 11 days and reached No. 1 in 24 countries. But the series will nevertheless come to a close with this next installment, which promises one final round of career drama, romantic complications, and transportive locations.

The final season of Emily in Paris arrives on Netflix on Christmas Eve—December 24, 2026. Netflix has not yet shared whether all episodes will debut at once, as the show’s fifth season did, or whether the release will be split into parts.

Yes, Emily will return to Paris—but the final season broadens its itinerary considerably. Production began in Greece, continues in France, and will also take the series to Monaco.

What will Season 6 be about?

After ending things with Italian cashmere heir Marcello Muratori in Season 5, Emily returned to Paris. Gabriel then sent her an invitation to join him aboard a yacht in Greece—though it remains unclear whether she will receive the postcard, much less accept the invitation.
Mindy, meanwhile, accepted Nicolas de Léon’s proposal in Venice, even as Alfie made it clear he believed she was making the wrong choice. The overlapping love stories, along with the continued pressures at Agence Grateau, give the final season plenty to resolve before the show’s farewell.
