Ever Anderson has an enviable Hollywood pedigree as the daughter of supermodel and sci-fi queen Milla Jovovich and director Paul W.S. Anderson, but she’s spent this week carving out a space entirely her own on the Lido red carpet at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival.

The eighteen-year-old actress and model is in town for the premiere of Father Joe, directed by Barthélémy Grossmann and starring screen heavyweights Al Pacino and Kiefer Sutherland. Written and produced by Luc Besson-the legendary auteur behind Léon: The Professional and former husband to Anderson’s mother-the gritty action-thriller follows Sutherland’s vigilante priest as he goes to war with Manhattan’s criminal underworld. Anderson turns in a breakout performance as Felicity, an unlikely sidekick seeking redemption amidst the chaos.

While she has undeniably inherited her family’s cinematic DNA, Anderson’s magnetic red carpet presence proves she is a magnetic rising star in her own right.

Unsurprisingly, she has quickly become a brand ambassador and muse for Dior creative director Jonathan Anderson, commanding Venice in a series of whimsical, romantic creations from the storied French fashion house.
Anderson kicked off the festival in an ethereal sheer 1930s silk organza dress sourced from Avalon Vintage in Los Angeles. She accessorised the archival look with a vintage 1980s Christian Dior necklace and earring set from the same boutique, finishing the outfit with rich green heels and a soft, pearl-hued leather clutch from the maison.

Speaking to Vogue, Anderson shared that she has found a kindred spirit in the designer: “[H]is love and appreciation of films and storytelling is super appealing to me.”
When slipping into a rosette-inspired blush pink gown from Anderson’s Autumn/Winter 2026 collection, the young actress noted how easily she stepped into character for the cameras. “I felt like I was taken to another dimension of flowers and spat out as a flower-human hybrid,” she told the publication-a surreal, otherworldly sentiment not unlike the iconic sci-fi worlds her mother once inhabited.

For the official Father Joe premiere, Anderson leaned into classic old-Hollywood glamour, opting for a translucent slip dress from Dior’s Resort 2027 collection. Heavily embellished with floral sequins and delicate paillettes, the gown was as effortlessly glamorous as her beauty look: a soft blurred lip, tousled waves, and glowing, fresh skin.

With a major film release on the horizon and an enviable Dior wardrobe to match, Ever Anderson is proving she’s got style as well as cinema in her veins.
