The 2026–2027 edition of the Tiffany & Co. x CFDA Jewelry Designer Award introduces the Tiffany x CFDA Jewelry Design Scholar Award, a new $25,000 scholarship and summer internship opportunity aimed at early-career jewelry design students. The addition broadens the program’s reach beyond emerging designers to include students.

“The Tiffany & Co. x CFDA Jewelry Designer Award marks a meaningful expansion of what this program represents — not just for emerging designers, but for students at the very start of their creative journey. At the CFDA, we believe that creativity is the driving force behind American fashion, and this award is a testament to that shared belief,” said Steven Kolb chief executive officer and president at CFDA.

Meanwhile, finalists selected for the award will once again receive financial support to create a three- to five-piece jewelry collection, along with guidance from Tiffany & Co.’s design team through a multi-week mentorship and educational experience.

The finalists’ collections will be presented to a selection committee during a final award ceremony held at Tiffany & Co.’s Fifth Avenue flagship, The Landmark. One winner will receive a $50,000 grant and a one-year fellowship with Tiffany’s design department.

The committee includes figures from across fashion, media and the arts, including Gabrielle Union, Bethann Hardison, Andrew Bolton and Lynn Yaeger, among others.

Applications for the 2026 Tiffany & Co. x CFDA Jewelry Designer Award open on May 11 and close on June 1, with finalists expected to be announced in the fall and the final recipient named in early 2027.

“We are excited to announce the second cycle of the Tiffany & Co. x CFDA Jewelry Designer Award, underscoring the House’s longstanding commitment to creativity, craft and championing the next generation of emerging talent,” added Nathalie Verdeille, senior vice president, chief artistic officer at Tiffany & Co.
