\"FirstLouisville, KY\u00a0 (RestaurantNews.com<\/a>)\u00a0 Paris Baguette<\/a>, the bakery caf\u00e9 concept with over 4,000 units worldwide, is growing quickly in North America. With over 300 bakery caf\u00e9s open in North America and more in development, they are building a strong presence. Their latest opening is set for May 20, 2026, at 4957 Brownsboro Rd Louisville, Kentucky 40222.<\/p>\n

The Louisville development is being led by franchisees Ayesha<\/a> and Arif Nazir<\/a>, along with their business partners Mahwish Ijaz<\/a> and Nawaz Ahmed. To bring the first Paris Baguette<\/a> to the Bluegrass State, the two couples combined a distinct mix of professional expertise, including Arif\u2019s human-centered health care focus, Ayesha\u2019s background in corporate finance, Mahwish\u2019s restaurant experience and Nawaz\u2019s entrepreneurial perspective. More than opening a bakery caf\u00e9, they aim to create a cultural hub designed to mentor the next generation of culinary talent.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur story started as fans of the brand,\u201d Ayesha said. \u201cWe realized Louisville needs this hub of culture and we wanted to create a space where we could empower young culinary talent who have the passion but haven\u2019t found the right kitchen yet.\u201d<\/p>\n

For Mahwish, one of the most encouraging parts of the process has been watching interest build locally. \u201cIt\u2019s been exciting seeing the reaction from the community,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The Louisville caf\u00e9 opening marks the brand\u2019s first in the state of Kentucky. As their growth continues, Paris Baguette is looking to reach the 1,000-unit mark in the United States and Canada by 2030 while expanding through meaningful partnerships with local entrepreneurs who show a genuine interest in bringing people together over fresh-baked goods and artisan coffee beverages.<\/p>\n
