SocGen has an existing relationship with flatexDEGIRO, which will distribute the tokenized structured products to its 3.5m retail investors across 16 countries. By becoming  a Seturion partner, flatexDEGIRO could potentially enable retail distribution for other trading venues connected to the settlement platform. Societe Generale FORGE\u2019s EURCV and USDCV stablecoins will be used for the settlement of transactions as part of the SocGen \u2013 flatexDEGIRO partnership. SocGen FORGE has an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ledgerinsights.com\/socgen-forge-partners-with-boerse-stuttgarts-seturion-for-tokenized-settlement\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">existing deal<\/a> with Seturion.<\/p>\n<p>Seturion has applied for a DLT settlement system license under the EU\u2019s DLT Pilot Regime, to support pan-European settlement. The platform already has settlement deals with two structured products trading venues, one operated by Boerse Stuttgart and the other by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ledgerinsights.com\/boerse-stuttgarts-seturion-partners-nasdaq-for-pan-eu-tokenized-settlement\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nasdaq Stockholm<\/a>.
