Cr\u00e9dit Agricole\u2019s corporate philanthropy is based on a unique, decentralised and cooperative model. It is based on the commitment of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole S.A. and its subsidiaries, as well as the Regional Banks and the foundations \u00a0Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Pays de France and Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Solidarit\u00e9 et D\u00e9veloppement, in line with local needs.<\/p>\n

This proximity allows Cr\u00e9dit Agricole to support meaningful projects, directly linked to \u00a0territorial challenges, including:<\/p>\n

Social cohesion and inclusion: support for actions promoting equal opportunities, social and professional integration, as well as support for vulnerable groups.Access to culture and heritage preservation: accessibility to all cultural projects and valorisation of territories.Health prevention and medical research: support for patients and familiesEcological transition: protection of biodiversity, education and environmental issues awareness, research programmes.<\/p>\n

In line with its Societal Project, the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Group devoted \u20ac44 million to corporate philanthropy projects in 2024 (up 3% compared to 2023) with a clear ambition: to act usefully for the territories and their inhabitants, by supporting initiatives with a strong social, cultural and environmental impact.

Overall, more than 40 foundations, endowment funds, subsidiaries and associations within the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Group support the implementation of projects in the heart of the regions.<\/p>\n

Mobilisation for Ukraine<\/p>\n

The Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Group\u2019s Emergency Solidarity Fund was created on 3 March 2022 in response to the conflict in Ukraine. Initially endowed with \u20ac10.3 million, this exceptional scheme aims to provide support to the victims of the conflict, in particular employees of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Ukraine and their families.<\/p>\n

A corporate philanthropy driven by employees<\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9dit Agricole\u2019s corporate philanthropy is also the commitment of its employees.<\/p>\n

Through skills sponsorship and solidarity actions, they put their expertise, time and energy at the service of projects that serve the public interest.<\/p>\n

Launched in 2023, the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole S.A. Group\u2019s \u201cJ\u2019agis\u201d programme allows employees to dedicate up to 5 days of their working time yearly to assignments with partner associations working in the fields of the environment, social inclusion and agricultural transitions.<\/p>\n

J\u2019agis proposes different ways of engagement in relation to the needs of the supported associations: one-off volunteering or mentoring over several months, on the ground or remotely, individually or in teams through solidarity seminars.
