he said on \u200cthe sidelines of a regional industry forum.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Berthe said the training centre would provide technical skills to the company&#8217;s partners and end users throughout the region, including semiconductor firms, using operational equipment ranging from medium\u2011voltage energy management systems to data centre solutions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">The AI boom has helped \u200cboost earnings for Schneider, which makes server \u200bracks, power equipment, and the cooling systems \u200bnecessary for energy-intensive facilities \u200bto operate at peak performance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Berthe said Schneider is also \u200cutilising AI to help its customers \u200bmanage their energy \u200bconsumption, including through predictive systems that allow firms to adjust their use of chillers according to weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Such technologies can help \u200bcompanies decrease their \u200cenergy use between 2%-3%, a significant amount for power-hungry facilities \u200bsuch as data centres or chip fabs, he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">(Reporting by \u200bRozanna Latiff;
