Auckland, New Zealand, Dassault Syst\u00e8mes<\/a> (Euronext Paris: FR0014003TT8, DSY.PA) today announced that C\u2011Tech, a New\u202fZealand\u2013owned advanced composites manufacturer serving the global marine, defence and space industries, has selected the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on the Cloud to transform its end\u2011to\u2011end design, engineering and manufacturing processes.<\/p>\n

C-Tech chose Dassault Syst\u00e8mes\u2019 3DEXPERIENCE platform on the cloud to transition from its long-standing software environment, which it had used close to 30 years. The company was seeking an integrated modeling and simulation) approach and a single data model spanning design, simulation and production. The project is being delivered in partnership with Invenio, Dassault Syst\u00e8mes\u2019 regional partner, and demonstrates further momentum for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on the cloud in New\u202fZealand.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Auckland, C\u2011Tech is an export\u2011led composites specialist with production in New\u202fZealand and Spain and around 1,000 customers worldwide. In particular, C\u2011Tech is widely recognised in elite sailing, including America\u2019s Cup campaigns (including Emirates Team New\u202fZealand) and SailGP, where its battens, foils and sail hardware help yachts exceed 50 knots (~92.6 km\/h).
