{"id":20891,"date":"2026-05-23T01:04:11","date_gmt":"2026-05-23T01:04:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/20891\/"},"modified":"2026-05-23T01:04:11","modified_gmt":"2026-05-23T01:04:11","slug":"sujan-contitech-anti-vibration-components-dassault-systemes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/20891\/","title":{"rendered":"Sujan Contitech: Anti-Vibration Components | Dassault Syst\u00e8mes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Having used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.3ds.com\/products\/catia\/catia-v5\" action=\"internal_link\" category=\"navigation\" label=\"https:\/\/www.3ds.com\/products\/catia\/catia-v5\" data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"7507acc9-4f52-4de4-afb9-9409f4ac335a\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" title=\"CATIA V5\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CATIA V5<\/a> for design since 2018, Sujan Contitech felt that embracing the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including SIMULIA for simulation and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.3ds.com\/products\/enovia\/3dexperience\" action=\"internal_link\" category=\"navigation\" label=\"https:\/\/www.3ds.com\/products\/enovia\/3dexperience\" data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"af2685b7-680a-47da-b3b0-60b0c21c75b1\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" title=\"3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ENOVIA<\/a> for project and product data management, was a sensible move to help it improve innovation, enhance collaboration and strengthen its position in the market.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation was supported by local Dassault Syst\u00e8mes business partner EDS Technologies, who took responsibility for process mapping, installation of the platform, training and the delivery of ongoing support. EDS Technologies also installed the POWER\u2019BY connector which, thanks to its multi-CAD support capabilities, helped Sujan Contitech use its existing CATIA V5 data in the platform and enabled it to seamlessly integrate supplier inputs.<\/p>\n<p>The benefits have been immediate. Thanks to its new MODSIM capabilities, Sujan Contitech\u2019s engineers can now validate designs as they create them, cutting out sequential delays and fostering faster iterations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUsing SIMULIA, designers can now accurately predict the stiffness of rubber components, right within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform,\u201d Kamble said. \u201cThis has reduced our design cycles by around 20%, saving us a lot of time lost in iterations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company has also developed a workflow in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform that allows designers to predict the impact of stress on metal brackets \u2013 and this has delivered even more efficiencies, particularly in the development of complex high-pressure die cast (HPDC) solutions. These types of brackets\u00a0often require the addition of ribs \u2013 thin structural reinforcements \u2013 which make their geometry more complicated.
