The 43,400 square foot space features shared amenities in an open plan set-up with collaboration zones and technology-enabled meeting rooms.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/ioi_central_boulevard_2_optimized_1000.jpg\" data-entity-uuid=\"d84cb912-0d42-4422-9739-248fd57f9cd4\" data-entity-type=\"file\" alt=\"\" width=\"1368\" height=\"1200\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The goal is to facilitate seamless engagement across teams, said Laurent Prouti\u00e8re, CEO of Indosuez Wealth Management for Asia; and Antoine Sirgi, senior country officer for Singapore at Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Group.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe activity-based layout replaces assigned seating with flexible, multi-purpose zones, which support different workstyles and encourage spontaneous collaboration,\u201d Prouti\u00e8re and Sirgi told Asian Banking &amp; Finance in a joint statement shared through email correspondence.<\/p>\n<p>Singapore-based employees of both firms enjoy height-adjustable workstations and spaces tailored for focus or collaboration, they added. Digital features on offer include wireless docking, smart lockers, and Cisco Room Kits for conferencing.<\/p>\n<p>Cr\u00e9dit Agricole CIB and Indosuez are both part of the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Group.
