Ennov, a France-based global provider of end-to-end regulatory, quality, and clinical software solutions for life sciences and healthcare companies, has received a strategic growth investment in support of its continued expansion, with a focus on AI innovation, global commercial acceleration, and scaling of its product offering.<\/p>\n
The financing was led by Bregal Sagemount, a US-based growth-focused private equity firm, with participation from France-based PE investor Ardian.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Its software replaces fragmented point solutions and legacy infrastructure, enabling customers to manage complex regulatory requirements across global authorities such as the FDA and EMA within a single system. Ennov serves approximately 650 customers and over 500,000 users across 30 countries.<\/p>\n \u201cRegulatory and quality workflows in life sciences are becoming increasingly complex, while the cost of managing them across disconnected systems continues to rise,\u201d said Gene Yoon<\/a>, managing partner at Sagemount, in explaining the investment in Ennov\u2019s next phase of growth.<\/p>\n Yoon, Curt Witte<\/a>, and Harrison Brunelli<\/a> from Sagemount and Alexis Saada<\/a> from Ardian will be joining Ennov\u2019s board of directors.<\/p>\n Ennov was advised by Veil Jourde.
