CFM Indosuez is a Monegasque private bank. A private bank’s goal is to provide a customized service to high value customers. We support them in their personal and professional life. When we managed a procedure, it was generally the service in charge that had internal monitoring and various applications to track information. The more time the process takes, the more difficult it is to track this information. We needed to deliver real quality as quickly as possible. To address this issue, we have deployed Dassault Syst\u00e8mes’ BPM tool that allows us to easily model a process. It enables us to deliver projects much faster. The thing that struck us most about using Iterop was its simplicity, agility, and speed of deployment. To give you an idea, a medium complexity process used to take about 40 working days. with Iterop we can achieve this in 10 to 15 days. The benefit of Iterop for users is that they have a single tool to manage their daily workflow. For workflow owners, the added value is that they have a global view of their process, where the bottlenecks are and how to improve their processes. One of the major advantages is that it allows for easy communication and audit trails. We have improved the quality of our processes and also reduced our operational and regulatory risks.
