Arverne and Equinor Ventures AS will participate at their pro rata share. Upon completion of a qualifying financing of \u20ac50M2, the principal amount and accrued and uncapitalized interest shall be converted to Lithium de France shares.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/batteriesnews.com\/media-kit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 370px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 370\/300;padding: 0px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/2.png\" alt=\"batteries news advertise\" class=\"lazyload\"\/> <\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This financing supports the advancement of Lithium de France\u2019s pre-industrial phase, covering drilling activities, the DLE demonstration plant and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), a key component of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS).
