Sarah Lahbati<\/a> is looking for a home in Paris.<\/p>\n

The actress and model appeared in the sixth season of Netflix’s French reality TV series The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties.\u00a0In the third episode, she’s eyeing an apartment near the Arc de Triomphe.<\/p>\n

One of the hosts, Valentin Kretz, who is married to Filipina fashion designer Charina Sarte, showed Sarah\u2014speaking in fluent French\u2014a “very Parisian” apartment, which he described as what “95% of international buyers are looking for.”<\/p>\n

Sarah shared that she’s mostly in France for Paris Fashion Week, in which she attends up to five shows a day.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In the episode, she asked Valentin if there were universities near the apartment. “Because it’s really a dream for me. Maybe one day my kids could study here. Hopefully that happens,” Sarah said, referring to her two children with estranged husband Richard Gutierrez: Zion, 12, and Kai, 7.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The fully-furnished space is a 165 sqm home renovated by well-known architect Virginie Renaut with four rooms, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, and a continuous balcony. It’s priced at 4.75 million euros or P332 million, which is within Sarah’s 5 million euro (P349 million) budget.<\/p>\n

It features a mix of modern and classic elements like marble panels, herringbone parquet floor tiles, a black granite table, vintage crown moulding, a hidden fabric door, and more.<\/p>\n

The actress noted that she needs a space big enough to host gatherings for Pinoys.<\/p>\n

The master bedroom is decked with a giant wooden headboard inspired by the old royal carriages from Versailles and a walk-in closet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sarah even made a nod about her relationship status, saying, “For two persons, [the walk-in closet] wouldn’t be enough, but I’m separated, so all of this is just for me. I think it actually works.”<\/p>\n

Additionally, the apartment has a kids’ bedroom facing the courtyard.<\/p>\n

Another highlight is the continuous balcony running the length of the apartment, which adds to the Parisian vibe.<\/p>\n

“I love how everything is really creative, very artsy,” Sarah, who’s Filipino-Moroccan and grew up in Geneva, Switzerland, said.<\/p>\n

“It’s very, very, very much my style,” she later added. “I can’t even decide which room is my favorite.<\/p>\n

Sarah’s segment ended with her saying she wants to show her mom and kids the living space when she returns to Manila.<\/p>\n

“I’ve got a really good feeling about this apartment,” she said.<\/p>\n

In October 2024, Sarah flew to Paris as a birthday<\/a> gift to herself and attended the Paris fashion show.
