{"id":29989,"date":"2026-06-03T09:47:13","date_gmt":"2026-06-03T09:47:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/29989\/"},"modified":"2026-06-03T09:47:13","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T09:47:13","slug":"credit-agricole-sa-2026-capital-increase-reserved-for-employees-of-the-credit-agricole-group","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/29989\/","title":{"rendered":"CREDIT AGRICOLE SA: 2026 Capital increase reserved for employees of the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/1779376611_41_8a7a4502ba4ea01b4fb13ded699f6f89.png\" alt=\"CREDIT AGRICOLE SA\" loading=\"eager\" height=\"48\" width=\"70\" class=\"yf-lglytj  loaded\"\/> CREDIT AGRICOLE SA      <\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Press release<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Montrouge, 2 June 2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">2026 Capital increase<br \/>reserved for employees of the Cr\u00e9dit\u00a0Agricole\u00a0Group<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Today, Cr\u00e9dit\u00a0Agricole\u00a0S.A. is pleased to announce the launch of its annual capital increase reserved for employees of the Cr\u00e9dit\u00a0Agricole\u00a0Group around the world.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Cr\u00e9dit\u00a0Agricole\u00a0S.A. will give over 190,000 eligible Cr\u00e9dit\u00a0Agricole\u00a0Group employees and retired former employees\u00a0(i) the option to subscribe to new Cr\u00e9dit\u00a0Agricole\u00a0S.A. shares.
