The auto conglomerate aggressively rebadges vehicles, keeps platforms in production for decades, and even leaves the same models in production for a decade or longer\u2014ehem, Charger and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.motor1.com\/dodge\/durango\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"1\" data-params=\"%7B%22make_alias%22%3A%22dodge%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22durango%22%7D\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Durango<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>So, we&#8217;re not shocked to see what the company has done recently. On the official merch store for Ram, an AI-generated shirt has appeared with a few small errors on it\u2014you can probably point out a few of them at first glance:<\/p>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/16x9-tr.png\" alt=\"Screenshot 2026-06-02 091655\" width=\"16\" height=\"9\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Photo by: Ram Outfitters<\/p>\n<p>The first little thing that keen readers probably noticed is that the truck on the shirt isn&#8217;t even a Ram at all. The truck in question is, in fact, a previous-generation\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.motor1.com\/toyota\/tacoma\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"1\" data-params=\"%7B%22make_alias%22%3A%22toyota%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22tacoma%22%7D\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Toyota Tacoma<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Granted, the grille does say &#8216;RAM&#8217; on it, so whoever punched in the prompt for this graphic on ChatGPT did at least get something right, but those headlights and that body shape aren&#8217;t fooling anyone. Back in March, the official Dodge Instagram account posted some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DW9TFKajquR\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;ig_rid=5de0cc66-ecaa-475c-8d15-cf4c0295e235\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">cheesy &#8220;throwback&#8221; photos<\/a> of some of its older cars in period-correct backgrounds. This would have been cool if it weren&#8217;t for the fact that the cars were AI-generated, leading to a Neon configuration that never existed and a first-gen Viper with quad-spoke wheels.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, just before publishing this story, Ram removed the shirt from the website.
