{"id":35560,"date":"2026-06-15T07:32:34","date_gmt":"2026-06-15T07:32:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/35560\/"},"modified":"2026-06-15T07:32:34","modified_gmt":"2026-06-15T07:32:34","slug":"kherson-veterinary-hospital-buys-used-renault-duster-from-deputys-company","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/35560\/","title":{"rendered":"Kherson veterinary hospital buys used Renault Duster from deputy\u2019s company"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kherson District Veterinary Medicine Hospital purchased a used Renault Duster crossover for UAH 600,000.<\/p>\n<p>As indicated on Prozorro, the 2021 model vehicle was purchased from the Khmelnytskyi company \u201cAutocenter \u201cLiga-II\u201d, which belongs to Khmelnytskyi Regional Council deputy Hryhorii Halkin.<\/p>\n<p>According to the YouControl business analytics system, \u201cAutocenter \u201cLiga-II\u201d is part of the group of companies of the Halkin family, who are co-owners of the \u201cLIGA\u201d network of auto centers.<\/p>\n<p>As stated in the justification to the contract, the vehicle was purchased to ensure the proper operation of the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Since the vehicle is used and has a mileage of 182,000 km, the supplier does not bear any warranty obligations for it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1294\" height=\"542\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/snimok-\u044dkrana-\u2014-2026-06-14-v-18.53.01.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-331367 lazy\"  data-\/><\/p>\n<p>Note that the Renault Duster is one of the most popular models for renewing the fleets of regional services.
