College Ave., in place of BRGR, which <a href=\"https:\/\/onwardstate.com\/2024\/05\/10\/brgr-closes-in-state-college\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/onwardstate.com\/2024\/05\/10\/brgr-closes-in-state-college\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">closed down in 2024.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Paris Bakery &amp; Cafe is expanding into State College with a bigger menu and more space than its first store in Lewisburg offers. The bakery\u2019s menu includes a wide variety of pastries, sandwiches, and beverages.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we have right now at our Lewisburg location, we\u2019re going to offer 10 times more in State College,\u201d Mario Mabrouk, the owner, told the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centredaily.com\/news\/business\/article314676289.html\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.centredaily.com\/news\/business\/article314676289.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Centre Daily Times<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The cafe will also have a wood-fired pizza oven, with Mabrouk bringing over a chef from Italy to oversee the culinary process.<\/p>\n<p>The hope is to offer a new variety of foods that aren\u2019t as accessible in State College at the moment.<\/p>\n<p>While no opening date has been released, construction is underway on the store.
