\n Donald Trump may have announced a last-minute ceasefire agreement with Iran, but it\u2019s done little to quieten the growing wave of Democratic lawmakers calling for his removal by invoking the 25th Amendment. <\/p>\n
As of Tuesday, over 80 Democrats had posted on social media calling for Trump to be removed from the Oval Office, after he made genocidal threats to Iran saying \u201ca whole civilization will die tonight,\u201d and his expletive-ridden Easter Sunday post where he demanded Iran to \u201copen the ****ing Strait\u201d.<\/p>\n
US lawmakers say these extreme threats show a decline in Trump\u2019s mental health, and he\u2019s unfit to serve.<\/p>\n
Though Republicans have been more silent on the issue, there have been cracks on the right flank, with some GOP lawmakers saying they do not agree with Trump\u2019s increasingly violent posts that they say \u201cgoes against\u201d American values.<\/p>\n
Former Trump allies and MAGA influencers have also posted their discontent, with Alex Jones, Tucker Carlson and Marjorie Taylor-Greene demanding Trump be ousted.<\/p>\n
