\n\tPARIS<\/a> \u2014 Raffles Hotels & Resorts is bringing one of New York\u2019s most coveted restaurant reservations to the French capital for a pop-up<\/a> inside Le Royal Monceau during Paris Men\u2019s Fashion Week.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe hotel and hospitality group has partnered with Raf\u2019s, the NoHo restaurant founded by sisters Jennifer and Nicole Vitagliano and executive chef Mary Attea, for a series of pop-up<\/a> residencies spanning Paris<\/a>, Boston and London.<\/p>\n

\n\tParis will be the first stop, opening Tuesday and running through Thursday at Le Bar Long inside Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris.<\/p>\n

\n\tHoused in a former bakery featuring wood-fired ovens dating back to the 1930s, Raf\u2019s has become a New York hot spot, with its blend of Parisian caf\u00e9 culture, Italian-inspired cooking and downtown Manhattan vibe.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Paris residency will bring several of the restaurant\u2019s signature dishes to the French capital, including leeks vinaigrette, uovo in purgatorio amatriciana and dry-aged c\u00f4te de boeuf, developed in collaboration with Le Royal Monceau\u2019s culinary team.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe pop-up comes as luxury hospitality groups increasingly look to activations to inspire interest and buzz. Raffles is part of Accor group, whose global brand president of strategy told last week\u2019s VivaTech that hospitality must move beyond rooms and bookings<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe executive described modern travel brands as creators of what he called a deeper \u201csense\u201d in people\u2019s lives. \u201cThe next generation of loyalty is that sense of belonging, participating and doing something,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\n\tIt also comes after the 138-year-old hotel name launched its first limited-edition fashion and lifestyle line, \u201cThe Butler Did It,\u201d at Printemps department stores in both New York and Paris last February<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe collection marked Raffles\u2019 first step into branded consumer goods. The group has plans to expand the lifestyle concept with a broader ready-to-wear and home offering set to debut in fall 2026, alongside the launch of a stand-alone e-commerce platform.<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing Paris, the roving Raf\u2019s concept will travel to Raffles Boston from July 15 to 17 before concluding at Raffles London at The OWO during London Fashion Week in September.
