Procedures for making the preparatory documents available <\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9dit\u00a0Agricole\u00a0S.A. informs its shareholders that its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 20\u00a0May 2026 at 10.00\u00a0am at the Palais des Congr\u00e8s et des Expositions in Saint-Brieuc Bay, rue Pierre de Coubertin 22\u00a0000 Saint-Brieuc, France. <\/p>\n

A Notice of Meeting, including in particular the agenda and the draft resolutions, was published in the French bulletin of mandatory legal announcements (Bulletin des Annonces L\u00e9gales Obligatoires) No.\u00a034 of 20 March 2026. <\/p>\n

All of the matters relating to this General Meeting are made available to shareholders in accordance with the regulations and legislation in force. <\/p>\n

The information and documents referred to specifically in Article\u00a0R.\u00a022-10-23 of the French Commercial Code (Code de Commerce), as well as the Notice of Meeting for the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting, are available on the Cr\u00e9dit\u00a0Agricole\u00a0S.A. website at: <\/p>\n

By means of the Notice of Meeting, all shareholders may familiarise themselves with the documents referred to in Article R.\u00a0225-83 of the French Commercial Code (Code de Commerce) at the Company registered office or in accordance with French Decree No.\u00b02026-94 of 13\u00a0February 2026, on the Cr\u00e9dit\u00a0Agricole\u00a0S.A. website at:

Online voting will be open from 12.00\u00a0pm (midday, Paris time) on 29 April 2026 until 3.00\u00a0pm (Paris time) on 19 May 2026. The paper forms must be received by Uptevia no later than 17 May 2026. <\/p>\n
