{"id":43988,"date":"2026-06-30T19:17:08","date_gmt":"2026-06-30T19:17:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/43988\/"},"modified":"2026-06-30T19:17:08","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T19:17:08","slug":"air-seychelles-resumes-weekly-flights-between-tel-aviv-mahe-on-airbus-a320","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/france\/43988\/","title":{"rendered":"Air Seychelles resumes weekly flights between Tel Aviv, Mahe on Airbus A320"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Air Seychelles will resume direct weekly flights between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/israel-news\/article-900739\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tel Aviv<\/a> and the tropical nation&#8217;s largest island, Mah\u00e9, starting from August 20, the airline announced on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This will reopen convenient, direct, and fast access for Israelis to the beautiful islands of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/travel\/article-892713\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Seychelles<\/a>, as well as a short and convenient connection of about an hour and a quarter to the airline&#8217;s connecting flight to Mauritius,&#8221; Air Seychelles said.<\/p>\n<p>The flights will last approximately 6 hours and 20 minutes, and will depart <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/israel-news\/article-900668\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ben-Gurion Airport<\/a> on Thursdays at 4:50 a.m., landing in Mah\u00e9 at 12:10 p.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph-section article-body-paragraph\">The return flight will depart Mah\u00e9 on Wednesdays at 9:30 p.m., landing in Tel Aviv at 2:50 a.m. on Thursday mornings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph-section article-body-paragraph\">According to the airline, &#8220;this schedule will allow Israeli passengers to enjoy a full week&#8217;s vacation on their beloved islands.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The flights will be operated on the airline&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/international\/article-876625\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Airbus A320<\/a> aircraft, with two class options &#8211; economy and business, with each ticket including a meal and 30kg. of baggage allowance, the airline said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph-section article-body-paragraph\">The airline describes itself as &#8220;one of the most loyal foreign airlines to the Israeli market,&#8221; adding that it has &#8220;been careful to maintain continuous contact between Israel and Seychelles even during times of crisis in recent years.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph-section article-body-paragraph\">Israelis regularly travel to the island nation, located in the Indian Ocean, east of Africa.
